PERSONAL TRAINING
Receiving real time feedback as a client will streamline a lot of the initial learning curves that are typically encountered whenever following a new program.
Providing guidance with performing each exercise, which allows for us to qualify a rep before quantifying it.
In some cases, it's not what you are doing - rather how you are doing it.
1-on-1 sessions are facilitated at Academy of Lions, 1083 Dundas Street.
ONLINE COACHING
All clients are sent an intake form in order to better gauge where they are at in their process, as well as where they would like to go.
The service includes:
a) Monthly Programming via TrueCoach App (reps, sets, video references)
b) x2 30-minute Video Check Ins via Jane App.
GROUP CLASSES
An in-person strength & conditioning program that aims to insulate athleticism through the combination of GPP and plyometrics.
General Physical Preparation refers to testing your ability to resist and produce force by challenging patterns such as the squat, hinge, push, or pull.
While utilizing plyometric principals to address your ability to absorb and transfer force.
Think of this as multiplanar movements involving rhythmic sequencing, reflective catch & drops, and learning how to relax into lengthened orientations.
Classes run x5 days a week at Academy of Lions:
Monday / Wednesday / Friday 7-8 am
Tuesday / Thursday 4:30-5:30 pm
We cycle through a three-day cycle of either Squat, Hinge, or Upper focused sessions.
